How to Use

Dosage

One drop in each eye, morning and evening.

Method

Apply the eye drops directly into the eye.

Important

Up to one drop in each eye, four times a day, if symptoms are severe and advised by a doctor.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Mild eye irritation (burning, itching, watery eyes) after applying the drops. This usually passes quickly.
RARE
  • Bitter taste in the mouth. This usually goes away quickly, especially if you drink something.
  • Allergic reaction (such as rash and itching).

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to azelastine hydrochloride or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • See a doctor if your symptoms do not improve or worsen after 2 days. This medicine is not for eye infections.
  • Consult your doctor if you are unsure if your eye symptoms are due to allergy, especially if only one eye is affected, your vision is blurry, or you have eye pain without nasal symptoms, as it might be an eye infection.
  • If symptoms worsen or persist for more than 48 hours without clear improvement, stop use and consult a doctor.
  • Remove contact lenses before applying and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
